ESP will send a crew on-site to investigate any issues that may be related to warranty. We require pre-payment of the “Response Fee” as a condition to our visiting a residence in response to a claim made under our Limited Warranty.
ESP will promptly refund this Fee in full if it is determined that the claim is covered under warranty. If it is reasonably determined that the claim is not covered, ESP may retain the Response Fee and will provide you with a summary of findings regarding why the claim is not covered under warranty.
